After the great success of our Poetry Project this year in March, we held another in June so that more local pupils could have the chance to perform. Now, we are spreading the joy and offering the FREE poetry unit to you, wherever you are!
The fully resourced unit follows the theme of 'This is Me!' and results in pupils writing a poem exploring and celebrating ‘who I am’ for performance. The unit also comes with an introductory training video on how to get the most out of poetry from your class. The unit was planned for year 5 but can be easily adapted for upper KS2.
